2. Description of Service
QRio provides a platform for manufacturers and businesses ("Customers") to generate, manage, and track unique QR codes for their products. The Service allows Customers to protect their brand against counterfeiting and gather real-time sales and location analytics when end-consumers scan these QR codes.
3. User Accounts
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all data, information, and content you upload to the Service, including product details. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, false, or misleading.

5. Fees and Payment
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the QR codes you purchase or the subscription plan you select, as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QRio and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service (e.g., your product information). However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the "Settings" page on your dashboard, which will result in the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QRio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. In no event shall QRio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
